Concentrated forms of a specific food, such as cranberry, beetroot, cherry, broccoli, or mushrooms. Specific constituents or extracts from a food (other than vitamins and minerals) that may have health benefits, such as quercetin, grape seed extract, lutein, or coenzyme Q10, or combinations of these. Green food supplements such as spirulina, chlorella, wheat grass and barley grass.
Fibre food supplements.
