Maryon Stewart is well known in both the UK and Australia as a pioneer in the field of non drug medicine. In 1984 she set up the PMT Advisory Service which helped thousands of women world-wide. In 1987 she launched the Women’s Nutritional Advisory Service and the Natural Health Advisory Service in 2003 which now provides broader help to both women and men of all ages.
She is the author of 25 best-selling self help books. She has worked extensively on radio and TV, including being the nutritionist for Channel Four’s Model Behaviour and was voted one of the most influential women of Great Britain by Good Housekeeping magazine. She has co-written several medical papers, written for many glossy magazines and contributed regular columns to the national daily newspapers. She currently presents The Really Useful Health Show.
