With TIANA Organic Coconut Flour you can make quality baked food that tastes as good as, if not better, than wheat but without the gluten and high carbohydrates.

TIANA Coconut Flour is 100% organic and is not bleached or treated with any chemicals, which is why it has a slightly creamy colour.
Coconut flour is gluten free and rich in dietary fibre therefore you cannot use 100% coconut flour in baking recipes that are designed for wheat flour. It is imperative that before using coconut flour you carefully read our cooking and baking tips.

Storage information for TIANA Organic Coconut Flour:
Store our coconut flour in an airtight container at room temperature. Storage period is 12 months. If refrigerated, storage period will last up to 18 months, if frozen TIANA Organic Coconut Flour will stay fresh well for several years.

TIANA Organic gluten-free coconut flour is packed in 500g stand up zip lock pouches and our two labels both front and back are very informative and include a recipe.
