Description
5-Hyroxytryptophan is an intermediate metabolite in the synthesis of serotonin from tryptophan and requires Tetrahydro Biopterin as the coenzyme.The conversion of 5-Hydroxytryptophan to serotonin requires Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (Vit B6) as the coenzyme.

Directions
Recommended dose 1 capsule per day with a meal. Do not exceed this recommended dose unless prescribed by your practitioner.
