Viridian Quercetin B5 Complex is a proprietary blend of nutrients which may display anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-histamine properties.
Quercetin is one of several bioflavonoids (special nutrients found with vitamin C in fruit and vegetables) with anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-histamine properties.
In addition, bioflavonoids may strengthen capillary walls, which helps prevent spider veins, varicose veins, and hemorrhages and bruises. They also work as an anti-inflammatory agent by deactivating enzymes that produce inflammation.

• Quercetin 200mg
• Vitamin B5 (d-Ca pantothenate) 200mg
• Bromelain 25mg
• Magnesium ascorbate 20mg Providing: Ascorbic acid (vitamin c) 18.8mg / Magnesium 1.2mg
• Viridian green food blend 10mg
Dosage: 200-400mg quercetin daily 20mins before meals (three times daily)
