Biocare Travelguard

The natural choice travel companion. A helpful probiotic for travellers. Supports intestinal health with various plant oils, such as coconut, cinnamon, oregano, clove, ginger and rosemary oils. An ideal supplement for travelling and holidays, when you may be exposed to novel bacteria in food and water. Garlic helps prevent your body balance as a natural antispetic. Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacteria supplies your body with lactic acid and makes the environment more suitable for beneficial bacteria. Clove oil assists gastrointestinal comfort with its soothing properties. Oregano oil is good for enhancing the flavour as well as reducing food spoilage with its antiseptic qualities.

Directions:

One DuoCap™ taken daily with food whilst on holiday and any remainder after your return home. Do not chew or break open the capsule. Food supplement - 15 Capsules - 15 Days Supply. Suitable for vegetarians. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. This product should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding periods. Not suitable for individuals suffering from gastritis. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. This is my absolute favourite product to recommend for anyone wanting to prevent tummy bugs when travelling, as it contains both a probiotic and anti-bacterial oils to help kill off any nasty bugs. It's very handy to take travelling and won't spoil in hot temperatures because it's in a blister pack. It should ideally be used as a preventative but can be used just when/if symptoms appear.

I have been using these for years and every time I go on holiday I can relax and eat lots of different food because I know by just taking Travel Guard my stomach will be fine. Plus rememnber always to drink bottled water because this can cause you stomach problems as well as food.
