St John's Wort is an herbaceous plant often found on the footpaths of Europe, America and Northern Africa and is used for treating occasional depression.
Directions:
One capsule at breakfast and one at lunch time with a large glass of water. Those currently on anti-depressant medication should seek medical advice before using this supplement.
Prolonged exposure to the sun should be avoided as it makes the skin sensitive to UV rays. Consult your doctor if you are on the contraceptive pill, as there is an interaction with the two taken together and it may stop the pill working properly. St Johns wort is safe to take with Thyroxine
