Description
Calcium Ascorbate is a non-acidic form of Vitamin C which also provides a useful amount of calcium. This product is suitable for those with intestinal difficulties.
None known if the recommended dosage is followed. Intakes of Vitamin C above 1 gram per dose (or 3 grams per day) can occasionally cause diarrhoea.
