Phase 3 contains a FAT BINDING FIBRE, which can be taken whilst eating fatty laden meals or treats. The product is designed to reduce the calorific content of food, and therefore aids with weight control. Please do note however that Phase 3 is a suppplement to help with weight control and must not be substituted for a healthy balanced diet.
