Ingredients:
Glucosamine Hydrochloride, Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Curcumin, (Curcuma longa), Methylsulphonylmethane, Hops Extract (Humulus lupulus),, Dicalcium phosphate, Quercetin, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate and, Silicon Dioxide), Tablet coating (Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Daily Usage:
Two tablets taken daily with food, or 2 tablets three times daily if required.
