Perfect cookbook for the start. It helps you to begin and continue your nutrition change. You don't have to think of the different combinations of food and if the are good for you. Moreover it assists you to organize your meals for the whole week, so you just go shopping once and have all your necessary ingredients for all the delicious menus of the week. Worth every single pound!!
