Suitable dosages vary from person to person, but generally speaking:
• For diarrhoea, take 1 to 4 capsules depending on severity of symptoms, and up to 6 capsules a day.
• For Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), take 2 capsules, twice a day.
• For Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), take 1 capsule, three times a day.
• For recurrent Clostridium difficile infection, take 2 capsules, twice a day for 4 weeks.
• For Candida Overgrowth, take 3 capsules, twice a day, then reduce as appropriate. Take separately from anti-fungals.
