PRODUCT INFORMATION:
One capsule typically provides: Niacin (Vitamin B3) 30mg, Vitamin B6 10mg (as Pyridoxal 5-phosphate 5mg and Pyridoxine HCL 5mg), Folic Acid 100µg, Biotin 0.05mg, Zinc 5mg, 5HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan) 100mg
DIRECTIONS:
Take 1 capsule a day (children over 8 years, 1 capsule every alternate day) preferably before bed, with a carbohydrate snack, or as your health professional advises. Children maximum dosage: 1 capsule every alternate day. Adult maximum dosage: no more than 1 per non-protein meal to a maximum of 3 capsules a day
INGREDIENTS:
Rice bran, L-5hydroxytryptphan, vegetarian capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcelluse, niacin (as nicotinamide), zinc citrate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetarian source), folic acid, biotin.
Warning:
Serotone 5HTP is not suitable for pregnant or lactating women, or those taking appetite suppressants containing fenfluramine. Some drowsiness may occur if taken during the day. Do not take before long distance driving. In a very few cases gastro-intestinal discomfort may be experienced, which usually disappears by reducing the intake.
