Directions:
Take two capsules a day on an empty stomach two hours before or after eating a meal, or as directed by your health practitioner. Can be taken with food if uncomfortable taking on an empty stomach.
Contra-indications:
as Alphaprost contains ingredients that have documented hormone-blocking activity, avoid taking with any hormone therapy without advice from your doctor.
Side effects:
well tolerated although occasional reports of adverse reactions in the GI tract - indigestion, loose stools etc.
