Try eating breakfast no matter how light.
Try drinking a full glass of water each time you take Actislim Ultra.
Try taking some light exercise
Try drinking at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
Try taking Actislim Night 2 hours prior to sleep.
Actislim Ultra is not recommended for use if you:
•Are pregnant or nursing
•Have high blood pressure
•Have heart or thyroid disease
•Have diabetes
•Are an Adolescent
•Have a caffeine intolerance
As a dietary supplement adults to take orally 2 capsules daily; 1 between 9am & 10am, 1 between 1pm & 2pm. Do not exceed 2 capsules in any one day or take capsules after 3pm.
It is recommended that this product is taken after food and in cycles of 3 months on and 1 month off until your target weight has been achieved.
