Incorporating WNAS
The WNAS is an organisation that provides effective
nutritional advice for women on an individual basis. It was formed
in 1984 to help women overcome premenstrual syndrome. It has subsequently
evolved to provide advice that will help women have a smooth passage
through their menopause, overcome symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome
and address other issues.
At the time of writing the WNAS is the only organisation
of its kind in the world. We are proud of our success rate, as approximately
90% of women report feeling significantly or completely better within
four months of commencing the nutritional programme devised by the
WNAS.
The WNAS is involved in the fields of health education
and research and has a depth of knowledge and clinical experience
gained from many years of working with tens of thousands of patients,
without the use of drugs.
WNAS Philosophy
We believe that learning how to balance diet and
lifestyle whilst ensuring an adequate intake of the essential nutrients
is invaluable if you want to achieve optimum health.
So many health problems stem from the food we eat,
but often diet is neglected because the extent to which it affects
general health and well-being is not recognised. Even if you do
not have a specific problem like PMS or IBS, but you feel that you
are not quite in peak condition, your diet and lifestyle could be
contributory factors.
We believe that everyone is different so all of
our programmes are tailored to the individual.
