Shopping
Shopping with Nutri Centre online is simple. By following simple navigation rules you will be presented with a selection of products. To make life even easier you also have the option to choose how many products you will be shown per page.
Once you have chosen the product you would like more information about please click on the product 'Name’ or the image, this will then provide you with all of the relevant information about the product if applicable.
If you would like to place the product in the shopping basket, enter the quantity of the item you require then click on 'Add to Cart'. You will then see the item number appear within the 'Basket' tab at the top of the page.
If you would like to see the full products listing for one of the product brands within your search result just click on the brand name and its full listing will appear.
To visit other areas of the site, click on the appropriate tab within the secondary navigation areas, which you will see at the top and bottom of each page or continue to browse and search for other products using the left navigation bar.
Now simply follow the instructions on the basket 'Basket' page to complete the order.

Delivery

Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail.

will not be liable to you if Royal Mail fail to deliver your purchased
goods whether in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our

Returns of items
We
hope you will be happy with your purchase. However, should you feel it
necessary to return an item, we aim to make the returns process as
simple as possible. All of your purchases at www.nutricentre.com are
covered by our 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee.
We
also pledge a 24-hour response time (Monday through Friday) on your
e-mail requests. Our specially-trained staff of customer service
representatives are available via our phone number 0845 602 6744 or by
e mail at admin@nutricentre.com. Returns If for any reason you are
unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it
for a full refund (less shipping and handling).
Only one opened
package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same
product must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are
covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 30 days
from your date of purchase.

Service Department within 30 days of the shipment date to receive
authorisation and return instructions.
Any damaged parcels or breakages must be notified to us within three (3) days of receipt of the goods.
Goods purchased from the Site can be returned unopened within twenty eight (28) days of the date of purchase.

note that, in the event of a refund, all Clubcard points received for
the purchase of the refunded goods will be removed from your Clubcard
account.
